Exchanges/Returns
Most rings (except specialty rings) can be re-sized so long as the customer pays for return shipping.

Exchanges can be made for similar products, or products of the same value before shipping fees. The customer must pay for both return and delivery shipping.

If you wish to return an item, a refund request must be made within 14 days of the product’s delivery date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
